Cleanliness could greatly improve!!! Hair dryer malfunctioning, faucet issues, and missing furniture handles need attention!!! A simple check on the fridge and kitchen towels would go a long way in enhancing guest experience!!!

The manager that runs the property tends to be unapproachable. He doesn't seem to listen to guests' concerns effectively, which can lead to frustration.
